The Taqtaq / Taktak Family originally from Iraq |
THROUGHOUT THIS SITE TAQTAQ = TAKTAK NEWSFLASH: If it were not so serious an issue it would be just plain downright stupid. The U.K.Home Office says its safe for all Christians to return to Iraq - that's official and we have it in writing as of April 14th - four days after they found the murdered body of the Archbishop in Mosul. A spokeswoman for the Secretary of State for Immigration says all Christians can go back, but to Northern Iraq ( even if they live elsewhere in the country ) and that there is no threat of sectarian violence. This only contradicts virtually everybody else in the civilized world including His Holiness the Pope and most of the United Nations. In the last year 14 churches and most of the monasteries have been bombed or forcibly converted to Mosques. Even in Northern Iraq where it is "safe to return to " they are either forcing Christians to convert to Islam or to pay hefty tolls for not converting. In Basra they are just cutting the throats of Christians when they feel like it. = But its safe. I am left wondering if this stupidly dangerous spokesperson would go herself! Gerald Jennings - Webmaster Message to readers: The eldest of the Taqtaq siblings would really like to contact his long-lost children who were *forcibly separated from him some decades ago. He is quite literally hanging on to meet them again, please contact Gerald or Wedad here as a third party who will not disclose location or contacts if you can help Just a message to say you are all OK would be great.
